How Distillation Process Works??(A simple 6-step cycle to turn hazardous waste into pure, reusable solvent.)
1. Manual Feeding or use a feeding pump to feeding.
Pour the waste solvent directly into the distillation tank.
2. Heating & Distillation
Set parameters on the MCU panel based on boiling points and start heating.
3. Condensation
Solvent vapor passes through the condenser, where it is cooled and converted back into a clean liquid solvent. The recovered solvent then flows continuously into the collection container, ready for immediate reuse.
Recycled Solvent Output: From this point forward, clean, high-purity solvent flows steadily into the collection container and can be returned directly to production. Output continues uninterrupted until the machine reaches Auto Shutdown in Step 4.
4. Auto Shutdown
System stops automatically after about 2–4 hours for single-batch based on preset time or temperature(you can also choose our continuous-type machine to automatically working for 8-12 hours).
5. Equipment Cooling Phase
Equipment cools down to room temperature to ensure safe operation.

6. Residue Removal
Easy residue cleaning via tilting structure or high-temp recovery bags.
