The T-1500 steam heating solvent recovery system utilizes steam for equipment heating, eliminating the need for thermal oil. Capable of reaching up to 180°C, it is equipped with an electric vacuum system that can recover solvents at temperatures below 250°C, featuring low energy consumption.
For companies already using steam, this system represents a more energy-efficient solution. It operates without thermal oil heating and comes with stirring, coating, or mirror-polished stainless steel components. The entire unit is explosion-proof, with the heat source provided by the user.
The system integrates heating control, condensation, vacuum, stirring, and coating functions. When paired with a storage tank, it enables automated liquid discharge from the workshop to the storage tank and then to the customer's site, achieving fully automated operation.
