Structural composition and operation method of solvent recovery machine
JXEP solvent recovery machine is composed of barrel tank, heating system, cooling system, electronic control system and recovery device. It should be noted that because organic solvents are flammable and explosive hazardous chemicals, every system needs to adopt explosion-proof device. The operation method is as follows:
1. Pour in the waste solvent
Open the lid of the barrel and pour the waste solvents into the recycling barrel, be careful not to exceed the predetermined maximum liquid level line. You should be reduced the feed capacity if the solvent foaming or sticky to avoid pipeline blockage or reduced recovery rate.
2. Set the temperature
Set the temperature of the heat transfer oil through the temperature on the inner panel of the explosion-proof electric control box. It should be 30-40 degrees higher than the boiling point of the solvent. For example the boiling point of toluene is 110 degrees, it should be set to 140-150 degrees. Then set the safe temperature setting, which should be 20 degrees higher than the oil temperature, when the heating temperature exceeds the set value and reaches a safe temperature, the equipment can automatically stop heating, but the cooling system cannot be stopped, because the residual temperature can evaporate the solvent, At this time, the cooling system will also stop, which will cause certain dangers. In this regard, some professional manufacturer of solvent recovery machines has done a better job, and many other manufacturer can not done this.
3. Set the work time
The time is set according to the physical characteristics of the solvent, For first time, a special person is required to watch it and record it, and then after setting the working time according to the recorded data, there is no need for a special person to watch in the future, it has the function of automatic shutdown function after the recovery is completed.
4. Turn on the switch
After the switch is turned on, all indicator lights are on, and the explosion-proof fan of the cooling system starts to run. The recovery equipment starts to recover the solvents automatically.
5. Observe the operating state of the equipment
By observing various indicator lights, the thermometer can intuitive judge whether the equipment is working normally, and if there is a fault, it should be eliminated in time.
6. Recycle clean solvents
Prepare a solvent barrel larger than the capacity recovered solvent to hold the recovered clean solvent. The material or structure of the solvent barrel must have an anti-static device and it will not be corroded by the solvent. The solvent barrel must have vent holes,and the solvent coming out the tubing must remain above the solvent and not extend into the bottom of the container to avoid the danger of liquid back-flow.
7. Pour out the residues
After all the solvents are recovered, the machine can stop automatically. When the temperature drops to about 50 degrees, open the lid of the recovery bin, turn over the machine and pour the residue into the container. According to the chemical composition of the residue, the residue is disposed of according to local regulations. Note, do not use an integrated solvent recovery device. The integrated solvent recovery device is more troublesome in the coating industry. If it is not recovered, it can be placed in the bottom hole, but after the recovery is dry, the residue is very difficult to deal with. Using an advanced integral dump solvent recovery machine, because of the large slot of the barrel, it is very easy to clean up the residue.
